Description of Photo Gallery and Screensaver

Supporting photos from your device, as well as online sources such as Google Photos.
In-app purchase required - the screensaver is limited to the 50 oldest photos in your library, and the gallery won’t let you view photos and videos full screen. This lets you test the app at your leisure before purchasing if you choose to.
Browse your photos and videos easily, offering a great way to view and share albums on your big screen. Please note that this app is optimised for the TV and will not navigate nicely on a touch device!
Showcase your photos as an Android TV Daydream/Screensaver/Slideshow.
** Photo Sources **
- Google Photos
- Flickr (including your friends and family photos)
- Local photos on your device
- USB devices and SD cards
- NASA Photo a Day
- Any requests? Let us know!
** Features **
- Optionally auto include new photos and albums.
- Easily include or exclude some or all albums.
** Gallery Features*
- Browse your albums for each photo source you choose to add.
- Browse your photos and play your videos full screen.
- Play slideshows of your albums.
- Search your library.
** Screensaver Features
- Photos load in the background for seamless playback.
- Customise the time delay between photos.
- Navigate between photos whilst daydreaming.
- Photos are chosen intelligently based on when they were taken and last viewed.
- Choose to show or hide: portrait photos, the time, information about the photo, currently playing artist and song, if available.
Since this app looks for new photos in the background, it means you only need to set it up and customise once and then you'll never need to think about it again. Just sit back and enjoy watching new and old photos alike, from your own collection as well as any chosen friends and family.

I have this installed on my Nvidia Shield. Works perfect and his highly customisable. I have my photos sorted in Albums on Google Photos with some shared Albums as well. The Albums works a treat since not all pics could be displayed on the big screen. Really easy to add only the Albums you want to showcase. I also like the fly over videos that look like the Apple TV ones! Once your Google Photos is setup with sharing new photos gets added automatically and gets displayed. The paid version works a treat and is highly recommended!

I've given 2 stars out of 5 because that's about how often the screen saver starts properly without crashing my Nvidia Shield Pro. This issue was reported by other commentors (and acknowledged by the dev) as far back as May 2019. It's now the end of July 2020 and still no resolution. Feedback through email has so far been unresponsive. My recommendation is to save your money unless you enjoy turning your Shield back on multiple times after the screen saver crashes repeatedly. When it works, it works well, and I enjoy having my Google photos displayed on my TV. Unfortunately it's just too flaky and the devs are too unresponsive to be reliable or worth the money.

The features you get for free were not clear. Its rather annoying to use and realize that you are limited to 50 photos.

Well I had it nstalled on my TV, but it has been a while that does not display photos (Google Photos) anymore. I congigured my gmail account but it doesn´t show folders. The same happened some moths ago after an App Update. Please fix the problem for my Android TV Box which used to work perfectly.in my MeCool KII Pro. The App should work not only in TVs as you stay in your despription, it should work in any Android devices, inlcudind Smartphones

I liked this app better on my Fire TV Stick as I could change the screensaver duration code so that it wouldn't turn off. I now have an Nvidia Shield TV (the tube looking thing) and after 10 or 15 minutes the screensaver disappears and is replaced by a blue screen with "No Signal!" floating around. My guess is that is that's the Shield going on standby even though I have settings to no sleep for 3 hours. I like to have my music playing from my Sonos and my albums on the screensaver. I asked the dev but no response. Useless for now.
