  Very poor connection. I just had this system installed and the app will not connect with my (newer model) Android phone, a Galaxy Note 10+. I paid extra for the system just to be able to connect through the app on my phone and I can't. I have three collars. Not one of them will connect. The app keeps stopping. Very dissatisfied so far. I really hope something is being done to correct this. Until then, I would not recommend.

  POS app. Within 1 week the collar won't connect because the app says wrong pin. I do all the steps of connect to charger take out of charger, uninstal collar, uninstal app, nothing works. I call for support and magically the same thing I've been doing works the 1st time. 3 days later same connection issue. Doing the exact same thing I did with support and it won't work, just like last time. Terrible app. Extremely unhappy with this and I've only had collars for 3 weeks. Not worth the extra $
