Founded in 1981, Perspectives provides employee, member, and student assistance programs (EAP/MAP/SAP) and WorkLife services globally. We are focused on providing highly visible resources and services to all our customer organizations and their employees, members, students, and families. Our services, resources, and consultation include WorkLife Online assistance and access to professional counselors 24/7 via text, chat, video, phone, or in-person options. Assistance is also provided for legal, financial, child/elder care, and behavioral health resources. Additionally, we provide expert consultation on organizational issues and crises.
