  Was great when it was a BeeWi product with the Smart Home app. Otio has effectively hijacked my hardware and shifted functionality it had to additional hardware that I would have to purchase to resume using a product I've already paid for. They promise the return of functionality months down the road, but it's already been months. Do yourself a favour and go with a different product from a more ethical company.

  This app is horrible if you have a BeeWi device. It worked so well on the old BeeWi app. It is not able to control the old devices. I cannot believe they disabled the old app before making this one compatible. Merde!

  The app itself works well and was easy to setup but I had a perfectly serviceable programable BeeWi bulb under the old app. Now I can only turn on or off my bulb. I would have to buy a 90$ gateway to control my bulb? Not gonna happen. Talk about backwards technology. (I see that the company is working on this problem/issue. I look forward to the fix and will prob edit my rating when a solution is presented)

  I agree with all other buld users. I loved them and now they are simply useless. I used the sleep function many years with great success but now I can't even sync the colors of bulbs. The same problem with ios app. They must be obligated to refund all bulb users for the purchase if they do not bring back smartpad. It is unethical since bulbs were sold for control with the specified app. Also the obligation to create account and give our personal information now is unethical.

  Still unable to control beewi bulb timer. What are the odds that I will buy other products from you since you a forcing me to replace 150$ of perfectly working bulbs before you break the app? Not a very thoughtful way of doing business.
