  Very worst app, after deduction of amount at payment gateway, it is rotating with out confirmation of Ticket. Booked another ticket and lost money on cancellation of the 2nd ticket. Raised requested by mail and customer care for refund but in vain

  AC is not working at all, facing breathing problems, it's complete glasswindow bus, poor management, worst maintenance, OTT trying to save cost. Overcharged.

  On cancellation of ticket, money refund very very delay. when i inquired, they told it will receive in 5 days. After 5 days they are telling 7 to 10 days. Now 8 days passed.
