  This app is the most worthless app in the WHOLE STORE. I can't even create an OPTIMUM ID that is required to even TRY to log in and the sad part is that people have been complaining and NO ONE on the staff has replied or made any updates to rectify the situation. #WackAssApp

  Negative 5. Very laborious: difficulty maneuvering; wobbling screen; micro print (if you zoom the screen wobbles and overlays preventing input); slow response after taps; too many "no reply" emails which prevents resolution of problems/issues efficiently; worst email system: micro print doesn't allow clean taps or maneuvering; tells me that they will close my account for non-use eventhough I set up folders in June and used regularly after finally getting assistance requested since January.
