We had similar issues to "Caleb Patterson's post". There's a whole lot more the developers could have done to make this an excellent app to pay for. Right now tho, it's just a phone app that records.

It's a very quick and friendly app with one of the most simple and happy UI for a dialer. Very cool customer service team also. The only flaw I have experienced is that 90% of the time the mobile sound output get stuck to ear piece of the phone when using other apps along with Openphone.. the issue gets resolved as soon as you close the openphone app and the sound of other apps get redirected to speakers in normal applications. Not having the ability to access android or Google contacts is just not acceptable for a communication app. It's a key function. Manually importing/exporting CSV files to keep your address book in order is not something I'm interested in. Otherwise it worked as advertised and was reliable. Tech help was prompt and friendly but I felt it was the same old "we are on the case" answers to problems that are months from being resolved, if they ever will be. It would be 4 stars with that key function.

Love it! I can take calls and text messages on my phone and laptop. And the dashboard helps me keep my work calls on track. Great solution for the price!!
