  Bought 4 and all 4 were useless from day one, poor quality sound, failure to charge, hard to turn on, cuts in and out all the time, falls out of your ear at a drop of a hat, sound fades in and out and volume control has no effect. I cannot think of one thing that worked as advertised, on all 4 , since the day they (finally) arrived. Totally useless in every way

  Pairing doesn't work. App is poorly designed, aid is too large one device can not charge and be paired

  why on earth can't I type my birthdate?!?! I instead have to hit the back button 300+ times to get the calendar to scroll back far enough. BS

  No pairing problems here with 2 olives on a OnePlus 5 running 8.1. The app is workman like. Slightly disappointing that two aids give you parallel mono experiences, but they never said they would connect to each other if you had two. The hearing experience is fine for a test product, nothing revolutionary. The style of the aids is pretty blah. They have a loooong way to go on the aesthetic part of their mission. Still, it's basically a "Minimum Viable Product" (albeit one you had to pay for) and meets the requirements for that I suppose.

  I have both a Samsung s8 and an iPhone 7...this device fails to connect to either. Nice concept but disappointing execution. Worthless.

  Product is poorly implemented. The interface from the app to the hearing aid is inconsistent. I couldn't reliably move from right to left side. Once I did a Report, I could not do another one. I set up one side using the app. Immediately after closing the app, the hearing aid began squealing. I had to turn it off to get it to stop. I rather "hoped against hope" that the app would work well and the aids would also work. The aids only seem to run for 3 hours, not 11 as spec'd. BUMMER! As far as the aids go, they are quite large and do not have a well-defined spot to sit in the ear.
