  You produced a beautiful watch that keeps excellent time but as a smart watch it is a total disaster. You need to continually reinstall the app to get any synchronisation - a waste of time and money. Android user with Nokia 6.1

  Problem unsolved with 2.4.5. LED not lits forever to any pressed button. Replaced with a new battery too and the watch is just not working on its electronic... :( a poor product at a premium price!!!

  The app. doesn't let me to connect the watch to phone. Previous app. My Timepiece was very good for me but I changed the phone and the app. is not available anymore. Why don't you keep all previous apps. on google store? The watch is ok but not as smartwatch. :-( Also the help pairing steps in this app. are different from my manual because of different watch versions, I suppose.

  I love the watch styling and the concept. Watch is well constructed and tough! I'm hard on watches, and the watch still looks great after a couple of months of daily use. But, don't expect this watch to behave as a smart watch. I don't know if it's the app or the watch, but connectivity sucks. Just doesn't want to pair. The only consistent way to pair is to "forget" the phone in the app, then reinitialize. When you do finally get it to pair, it will drop the connection frequently. It seems to occur most often when the phone goes into sleep mode. As a terrific dumb watch, I've raised my review from one star to two. They should consider open sourcing the app. I have a feeling that's where the problem lies.

  So much promise yet such bad execution. Watch paired for a couple of weeks then completely stopped. Have replaced the battery 3 times have tested on 2 Android and 1 iPhone phones running the latest software. Refuses to pair despite following detailed quirky instructions to re-pair the watch with the phone. Without the smarts this watch is no better than an overpriced quartz watch. Save yourself hundreds and just but a Timex. Customer service is practically not-existent and forget about the so-called warrantee.
