Description of GeForce NOW for SHIELD TV

NVIDIA GeForce NOW™ transforms your device into a powerful PC gaming rig.
Gamers can play PC titles they already own or purchase new games from popular digital stores like Steam, Epic Games Store, Ubisoft Connect, and EA. Access 1500 games, with more released every GFN Thursday. The catalog also features many of the world’s most-played games, including 100 free-to-play titles, like Fortnite, Apex Legends, Destiny 2 and more. Play with and against millions of other PC players, and never wait for downloads, installs, patches or updates.
Downloading the app will not give you access to the service. Streaming with GeForce NOW requires a membership. Give PC gaming a try with our free membership. Or join one of our premium memberships for an enhanced experience including faster frame rates, RTX ON, priority access to our gaming servers and extended session lengths. To learn more about membership options, and to sign-up for GeForce NOW, visit our page here: www.geforcenow.com.
Members looking to continue use of GameStream can use Steam Link to stream games directly from their PC. Steam Link is free, supports 4K resolutions, and available for all major devices and platforms including NVIDIA SHIELD.
For an optimal experience, we recommend 5GHz WiFi or Ethernet connection with at least 15Mbps. You can find a full list of system requirements and supported gamepads here: https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce-now/system-reqs/

This app sucks now. Even with free games, you need to own them on pc. Please bring back the in-app streaming. Why you guys do this? Are you asking people to hate on you guys, for nearly 15 years?

Google strikes again! Everything that is not owned by Google online, is somehow hacked by them, then screwed up....until original is unusable...they then take it over! Youtube is a good example...then Snaptube, an excellent app, now unusable unless you pay......Google premium. Now this! I have started using Huawei Harmony OS, forget the lies about Chinese companies, Harmony is user friendly, not a branch of the CIA! Well, that will be my Shield running Harmony!

Starting with v5.28 (even latest 5.29) the app keeps force closing every now and then even if I am not running the app like while using YouTube. I went to v5.27 from April 15th and it works fine.

This once was a great app, but now it says that I can't use it because I'm not in the right region. This happened for the past 2 months and I have no access to Geforce Now. I'm using an Nvidia Shield Tablet and I live in New Zealand. This is really disappointing because the main reasons I bought an Nvidia Shield was to use GeForce Now and Nvidia Gamestream. Please fix this so I can give the app Five Stars again. I would very much appreciate it.
