  Recently purchased a Netgear WiFi extender and saw they had an app to go with. Seems to work...just disappointed that the last update was back in 2014! Why promote this on current packaging if they aren't ever going to routinely update?

  It is garbage! Does NOT find any networks even when the system is using the network.

  Yeah, shows signal strenth and really nothing else. I thought it was supposed to be able to change modem settings as my device is pretty much always on the busiest chanel.
