The mobile app is working fine except that suddenly I can not log in to my app ok the fire stick as I have no credentials . I've attempted to open 3 tickets and have had no one to contact me.

This app is freezing up all the time. I uninstalled and reinstalled it several times and it does the same. Horrible app.i wish I can add 0 stars or negative stars . It happening with all my devices and it is ongoing issue. So frustrated. Double 0 star.

This app is terrible and a waste of money to spend on it, the camera angles are horrible and do not capture AT ALL the whole court. Just some dude or follow cam that follows lebron or other teams most known player and doesnt follow the ball. It also just suggests to watch the game on another app... Like what? Absoulte dog of an app.

The app is very problematic! The home screen appears all white some times. Blank. And my phone froze completely a few times while watching game recaps. Samsung S10e android 10. Thank you for replying

Difficult to actually watch live games. The condensed games are too condensed, I want to see more of the game but without the breaks, not just offensive highlights.
