Sometimes being able to start your car with an app is incredibly convenient, although I've noticed glitches here and there where my car would outright refuse to start with the app. Another weird feature is when I start the car with climate control settings and it says that the operation was successful, I'll get in and sure enough the car will be started but no climate control.... This problem is starting to creep up.

Incredibly slow, freezes a lot, and why can you not do 2 actions at once? Shouldn't have to complete 1 action to send another request. It should also prompt you to lock the doors if you send an auto start with it unlocked, not just fail!

I am so over this App. I try to start my car and every day is been unsuccessful. It keeps saying make sure I've started my car in the last 4 days. I've started my car the past couple of days and I keep getting this message. This has been happening for a while. It needs to be fixed

The app works okay. I wish Hyundai would update it so you could add more than 10 minutes for auto start and even more, the app shows the seat icon but it can't do anything with it! At least for the Palisade!

This app is not good unless you live in an area that always has cell service. Also it is slow to start when you use the auto start. By the time I get to my car it still hasn't started. Also if your doors aren't locked it won't start. It would be nice if it would auto lock your doors then start. Also, it says it will auto start with heated features, but there is no way to select for heated seats to come on. There is an icon for it as if it were possible, but it's not selectable.

I'm disappointed with how often I get the "not available at this time". I wish I had kept track so I could give an actual percentage. It IS better than nothing but very frustrating. UPDATE 10/08/20: My opinion has not changed. Inspite of "improvements" the app remains annoyingly unreliable. It looks nicer, has additional pre-sets but who cares about that when you get the "please try again later" messages.
