  Really make my blood boils every time i open this app. Always lag and sometimes cannot even enter this apps once it stuck at the moving 'w' logos. Never had good experience using this app.

  Expected a better experience after upgrading to the latest version but turned out to be worse.some functions are just not functioning.very lousy app.stopped using already.so difficult to make a purchase.have to select the street and what not.unable to use click &collect too.cant even click on the elite membership function.so what is the point of having a fancy app???dont deserve even one star.seems like not much done despite a lot of bad feedbacks from user.please,please do something!!!

  Very weird apps as sometime i can go through the main page but sometime it just show my member card, try to click everywhere cannot go to the main page.. loading also take super long time. U think it funny to wait that long for loading huh??? Annoying.

  14 Dec 2020: the app underwent changes, for the worse. Everything takes time to load/is laggy. Cannot do screenshots in the app which is what I always do because font size is often too tiny(zoom in on the screenshots). Said to call customer service should we face difficulty. Does being slow and laggy count as a difficulty?

  Just want to tell that your BMI calculator is totally incorrect. Check for it. And also the app user experience after new update, especially the address part is just very bad.
