    @Google it is good time to remove this App from playstore as it is a serious trap. They are redirecting users from Phone and Mails to their app so that user cannot reach them with complaints. Hence they can waste user's subscription period of their services. Even disconnection from services request is ignored. And at the end customer is harassed for payment dues. Also most of the tickets are marked as resolved without taking any appropriate actions. If this app is not there they will be forced to reply on mails. And customer will not hop from Mail-Phone-this app. I am going to recommend all my friends/family even my building not to take Tikona services. Thank you for not listening to me.

    After filling userid and password getting otp,But after entering OTP,nothing is happening, Your automated customer care ,sells person ,local office staff etc are telling download app.But it is useless. I am very much disappointed from your service at the time of connection as no one given full information. Your toll free customer care number and email ,always tell to download this useless app,first maintain ur app properly then suggest customer to use it.it deserve zero rating

    Worst service ever experienced. Frequently disconnection issue. No proper data service, no proper consumer service. Customer care number never connected. Contact person has no idea about the support number. Many times mail sent to customer service email but no one cares. If anyone plan to get internet connection, I would suggest you guys "do not go for tikona" try other data service and if you really want to try then please try for minimum duration, bcz once you paid then no refund facility ther

    Complaints getting resolved automatically without any assistance. One month it was fine and then onwards frequent disconnection along with poor connectivity. Pathetic app as it does not even allow to raise complaint. Nobody calls to resolve complaint. Then why do you have the complainant feature in app ? And what about the unending waiting time of your call center ?

    From past 2 weeks I'm trying to reach out to customer care for addressing a billing related query but it doesn't connect me to concerned people, in addition to this the application doesn't help either as it doesn't provide any options to select under plan change category. Application does help in any way as far as billing queries are concerned.

    Useless app. Not even able to lodge a complaint. For slow speed it is doing some speed test which shows 3-4Mbps in 40Mbps connection. And then it is also not showing any button or option to submit the complaint. And the app is too slow on wifi speed it does not even opens. To open only i have to use mobile data.
