  It keeps saying there is an update available when there is none, it shows negative days for usage (-56 days) and it hasn't updated the usage since August. When I push the "update" bar I get an error mrssage, something on the lines: "unkown error, please try later". Basically, it's pretty useless and it has been for a while now.

  It stinks : its constantly saying there's an update available when there isn't, and has shown the same negative number of days remaining in current billing period for the past several weeks. A work of amateurs, to be sure. Equivalent apps from competitors are leagues ahead. The application shouldn't require manual deletion and re-installation for it to clear its cache on upgrade.
