MuscleWiki is a community built upon the principle that fitness should be simple. The difficulty lies in the journey – not the directions. This is an app where access to fitness related information is immediately accessible and easily digested. There is no need for bloated videos or hyper marketing, just direct access to what you need to achieve your fitness goals.
This app allows you to centre in on any body part, for example the chest, and will give you a number of exercises which will train that body part. Information is presented in both gif and descriptive form to enable an easy understanding of the exercise.
Additionally, there are tools to allow you to calculate macros and count calories in line with your goals.

    It's not fair that I'm a female and to get the most out of this app I have to say I'm a male just so I can get extra work out moves to do.

    Selected Female & Chest - only 3 basic dumbbell exercises suggested. Selected Male & Chest and it suggested 2 extra exercises - Dips and Barbell Bench. Not very impressed to have to use the Male option to get any exercises appropriate for my level.

    Handy little app for targeting different muscle groups. Could use more exercises, but it does it's job.

    I LOVE IT! It worket as I was thinking and I will keep doing it! Best Workout app EVER!! i know some of people doesn't like it cuz I think is that they don't repeat the same exercise they give u alot of times. I guess cuz for example i do 100 squats and the other exercise I'll just do 10. Everyday I'll add some ten more until it goes to 50 for the others exercise. that's my advice. I hope u like it and i really love it when i feel my buttocks, the muscle gets concentrate.

    Great concept, good enough visual execution on the app. But it's VERY limited in what it does. There aren't nearly enough exercises, the difference between exercises for men and women is just plain silly and seemingly chosen randomly(honestly there's no reason for there to be much of a difference at all. Exercise is exercise regardless of your sex), and it doesn't even cover every muscle. It looked like a cool app. Very disappointed.
