  It's a good workout but it could you use some upgrades. Some of the workouts need attention to detail. For example, days 3 of weeks 1 and 2 have 4 exercises involving the hips but do not state reps or sets. Also on days 2 of the the week, the plate pinch exercise says hold it for 3 sets for 30 "minutes". I'm sure it's a typo for 30 "seconds". Wish the was a way to input the resistance weight with recommendations the following week. Like if I bench 135lbs week 1, week 2 should have a suggestion.
