3rd class service... Like passenger train around 5 hrs late. So irresponsible. People sleeping on the floor overcrowding. No proper response from customer care Royal and metro bus services

Nice bus.they provide you good service.provide mineral water and snacks.just one thing could be better .stop bus at good resturant or dhabha for dinner
