  Lower than poor - I requested a GL on Friday (follow-up appntment due to severe back pain), but still not appeared in the app after waiting for sometime. I tried to email the admin but until today (Monday) still no favorable reply on the GL. Due to this, I decided not to proceed with my trip to my specialist & missed my appointment. I hope that the admin could consider to look swiftly into this kind of issue. Might be a little bit rude to say but sickness do not compromise with time nor place.

  The GL in the app is not downloadable. Complained to MEDIEXPRESS but no issue taken as of yet, it's been a month.

  I am logged out of the app and cannot login again. Keep saying "Please check your credential" when I'm already using the correct details. I tried to change password but same thing as well.

  Needs a serious fix and upgrade. If I don't give you the access to my location, then don't keep having a pop up stating permission denied continuously. If it is required, state it in your guide.
