  Everything is good but it will be better if we can check the driver's location via map (I have to wait for more than 1 and half hour for the driver to arrive to it's better if they could update us from time to time) or have an option to have a chat/text contact with the delivery man.

  It worked for me, though when the they called me to confirm my order they said the delivery fee (P49) was twice as much for my address. The app worked fine though.

  First time using the app. I waited 3 hrs for my order only to find out my address is in undeliverable area. It has been paid through card so I still chose to wait. Note: I only found out that my address is in undeliverable area when I already called customer service because in the app it showed it has been processed and delivery on it's way. The manager even had the guts to offer to move my order to a different store and for me to wait for 1 more hour. Terrible service Mcdo.

  I have no problem in using the app, I just hope you'll add more payment option. I am an ofw mom sometimes I like to send food to my love ones but not to pay from their pocket. *** thank you for adding online payment.. happy mom here!!! God bless!

  I love this app. It's very convenient and easy to use. The service and their delivery employees are customer friendly. You will be satisfied on their service. If there will be delays or unavailable products you will be notified via text or call. Soon there are near your place they will do contact you.
