  It used to work on my PC and tablet, but now it takes eternity to load! It took a day and still it didn’t load. Only on a laptop it can work. ;'(

  The Quests tab is not shown in the app, so my child can't do his homework. Could also do better with screen resolution, the submit button often disappears off the bottom

  My 7 year old often wants to play this but quickly loses interest as it is so so slow! It takes 90 seconds just to log in and `retrieve assets`! Each question takes around 10 seconds to load during which time he naturally becomes distracted and loses interest. I've tried the app on several different devices with no better success. Why should such a relatively simple Q&A app be so ridiculously slow?

  The app is just the website, but it doesn't even optimise it for screen size, so you have to scroll up and down continuously to view the question/instruction text and then view the answer and then scroll right to select 'submit'. An over excited reception or year one child will log themselves out too easily by having to do too much scrolling too close to the phone's home key
