Connecting with my H1 Smart strap, notifications comes through exept caller names all the calls show as unknown caller. Permissions all added. If this is fixed would give 5 stars. Sms and whatsapp working. Viber too would be great if added. And if you can add 2 more functions. Notifications of missed calls if im back in range with my phone to notify me of a missed call. And if im out of range the h1 vibrates.

Struggled to bind device like many users, yet used phone's bluetooth search repeatedly and was successful in syncing with the watch & time function. Wanted the watch for it's Oxygen saturation measure as a Covid-19 monitor.

Doesn't store any data... Have to physically do a heart rate check when I want one done. Also the message notification system does not work at all! I either get no alerts or the same message alert happens 10 times in a row and doesn't clear. Not to mention that the watch disconnects from my phone allllll the time Very disappointed so far

I have managed to pair the device with my phone, but I am struggling to sync. I have had to uninstall & unpair a few times & still not coming right 😔

I just bought this wrist gadget it was written Germany but whole its system and website is Chinese. Also you will need a separate app to use this. The worst thing of all the app does not sync to the wrist watch so. It is very difficult to navigate as the sensors are not working well. Totally do not recommend and best to not buy! I'm returning it to the shop

Ive just bought this for my son I am disappointed I cant log in or make an account without it saying user already exists when we have never signed up to this and I cant sync the device to the app to even change the time! Someone needs to get back to me or ill be sending it back!
