Never works right. App hangs, will not allow items to be removed from cart, and refuses multiple payment methods.

Joanns is great. They always have the best deals and overall price, especially for their yarn. BUT this app is trash, and I have to constantly uninstall and reinstall to get it to work. Plus, even when it does work, the app is so slow to load. 10/10 would tell anyone to shop at Joanns, but the app needs serious work.

App is useless. I have downloaded and deleted multiple times trying to log into my account, and nothing works. It gives the wheel of death when trying to log in and never gets anywhere, whether on wifi or data, doesn't matter. Nothing works.

This app never works right. It's always glitching and doesn't work at key moments like "checking out". Oh well, I guess I'll spend my money with another craft store.

Order thru app doesn't work at all. Not understanding the point of having an app if you can't order thru it. 2/22/2024 Still can't purchase thru app or online. And last time I went to local store I was accused of scanning my own fabric at the cutting counter. I HATE you Joann's!!!!!
