Hello, I have a problem, after I had charged my Rav card by 50 nis, your app continued trying to charge my card every day at the same time twice, and it's going on every day, it tries to charge so far twice a day, help please. And I've just used your app to charge another card, and it took instead of 50 nis, twice by 50. But Rav card was charged only by 50! What's going on with your app! I strongly don't advice you to use this!

The app is unworkable. First off, it rewuires I should identify myself after I've already used it once and paid. Otherwise, It hardly ever connects with the card. It requires too much personal information and only a matter of time before it steals my money. W To sum up, it doesn't work at all. Curse it.

Most practical app for people on the go! I once was charged by didnt get the credit on my bus card (which is rare)..and without a problem, they dealt with it quickly and efficiently. Thank you HopOn!

Really cool app! I don't have to worry if I forgot to charge my travel pass & it REALLY had saved my life 3-4 times in bus-driver-is-driving areas. (official app sucks, BTW)

Although the app has been around for years and even the latest update mentions improvements to card writing - that part of the app is simply horrible to the point of being unusable. While reading the card mostly works eventually, there is zero indication about how to position the card for writing. I took the phone out of the case, placed it at every angle imaginable, tried different distances. It's all voodoo because the UI does NOTHING to let you know if you manage to start writing. Giving up.

Horrible app. When it fails to charge your card it still charges your credit card the whole price, and then returns it back more than a week later. Customer service rarely works, but when it did instead of property explaining the situation and trying to help the customer just hanged up and refused to accept calls. The worst out there.
