Description Healthy 365

Healthy 365 is a mobile application by the Health Promotion Board (HPB) Singapore which aims to encourage users to adopt a healthier lifestyle. Through the use of gamification and rewards, users are encouraged to sign up for in-app challenges and health programmes to earn Healthpoints. The app seamlessly pairs with fitness tracking devices to help users log their daily steps count and amount of time spent on active exercises. Users can also scan QR codes via the app to earn Healthpoints when they purchase healthier meals, drinks and groceries from participating partners.

Healthy 365 does not work on Samsung Note 8 and Note 10 anymore. It just refuses to detect my tracker!! So is it going to be a blame game between Samsung, Google and Healthy 365?

Seems there is no reply from developer for those who had fed back. Wonder if I am wasting effort. Anyway, will try. My Samsung Watch died and now I no longer used Samsung phone, this apps still insist to sync with Samsung Health even though Samsung Health no longer allow. Resulting I cannot unlink with Samsung Health and cannot use this apps. Hope developer can give a solution. Also, pls consider to integrate with Google Fit. Thanks.

After latest update unable to syn with tracker. The problem remains even after re-installing the App. Please resolve this.

Between this app and the Axtro Fit 2 tracker which I am using, the syncing is very poor. I usually need to try more than once to sync my steps and MVPA. The QR scanning function is also poor. When I scan the QR code given by supermarkets (usually Sheng Siong), my success rate has been only about 10%. Usually I am informed that the QR code is invalid. The QR scanning function also had poor success rate with Parks QR earlier when those were available.
