  It does eventually print, but it is so slow at loading photos in the gallery and sending them to the printer. It's infuriating! No such thing as a quick edit and print. Cropping photos is annoying, as you essentially zoom in and out of the photo within the frame. Very difficult to control, as it spins the photo as you're resizing it.

  Got this from Amazon. I love this device. Easy to use. Recommend this product. Will print any picture in your phones gallery. (Only wish you could get more picture paper. 😉 )

  Works fine. I wish they'd come up with some new embellishments. For us long time users they're a bit boring. I used the same ones for Thanksgiving last year as I did this year because they only have a couple of choices.

  It worked great before it printed pictures out very high quality, but it now prints the picture out of where I cropped it like 50 percent of the picture is just blank and the pictures have these blue lines all over the picture every time I printed out one. I bought more of the papers and they did the same thing as well the refills aren't cheap either.

  The 1st one didn't work. Had to return it.so far this one is working. It printed 10 picture. I put new pack in and now it will not work.

  App keeps hanging. Unable to view and select photos properly cause of loading issue. When I pressed print, the app hangs for more than 5 minutes before producing one of the worst printouts ever. The colour will never look the same as the edit on the app itself.
