  Useless. Booked a 5 seater cab with half an hour notice. It wasn't there. Rang up to be told it would be a half hour wait because there were no cabs free. Asked why the app didn't tell me, to be asked how they expected it to tell me that there were no cabs free. They then told me they could send a 4 seater, which I told them not to do, so they sent one anyway. What use is a taxi booking app if it takes bookings the system can't fulfil?

  I have used the App on a number of occasions, and I think it's great. It's easy to use. You can see approximately what the journey will cost before you get in the car, and you can track the vehicle on it's way to you. I've never had a problem!

  They always end up cancelling on you, even after you've been waiting and tracking the booked taxi en-route to you. I'd find an alternative or you'll be left high and dry by Halton Taxis
