  Got the generic response from your team talking about a tech walk through, however, the buttons talked about on the walk through aren't even showing up. There's a lot of bugs, and trying to talk to a real human being about canceling my subscription is damn near impossible.

  I just paid $39 and downloaded the app today and wont let me sign in. It keep saying password not correct and when i click on "take quiz" on the app it will jist disappear in few seconds. ITS PRETTY ANNOYING!

  I asked for my money back but the annual plan do not have a return policy. And I asked for it because is different from what they offer in the promo video. I feel cheated. I really need a solution...and through the private chat it is not working at all Same answer over and over again... Please I need my money back...

  I do not recommend! I downloaded the app after paying for a 12month subscription and the app will not open. It keeps coming up with Error so I can't login or anything. I have tried to contact the team through the online chat but it's no help, they're not answering. I was skeptical as it was and now I'm just annoyed that I've signed up.
