Description of FluxScore

If you’ve insured your car through Adrian Flux or Sterling, this mobile app is to be used in conjunction with your telematics Smartbox device. You receive your Smartbox by courier and self-fit it to the inside of the windscreen of your insured vehicle.
The app will;
- Report back to you daily how your car was driven the previous day and show what affect your driving behaviour has had on your next year’s renewal premium.
- Show your journeys for the previous 7 days with areas highlighted to show good, poor and dangerous driving.
- Track your renewal premium over time and notify you when your insurance is due for renewal
- Display your Smartbox battery level.

    Absolute nightmare. Their maps are riddled with speed limit errors. I've been fighting to correct a few speed limits for 6 months but they won't accept any of my dashcam video/photographic evidence for various nonsensical reasons like "we stopped accepting video files", "Google maps says the road is a 20 not a 30" and my personal favourite, "this picture looks like it was taken out of your back window". It all feels very scam-like. Avoid unless you enjoy crying yourself to sleep at night.

    I'm not sure where they get their data from but many of the roads that I drive on have discrepancies between what the actual speed limit is and what the app things it is. Think it's a 15mph in a 30mph limit. Or thinking it's a 20mph on a 50mph road. Very unreliable, would not recommend

    Don't get this app, specially if you own a samsung galaxy s8 it'll cause your phone to crash and restart constantly, got a samsung repairs team around just to say it's this app, so i phoned flux and they denied the claims and insisted to cancel my insurance if i deleted the app.

    Best to avoid getting any sort of insursnce with Adrian Flux. Poorest insurance company ever. Their black boxes are awful, they don't stay stuck to the windscreen and blame you and charge you extra for a replacement every time it fell off! I must have paid a total of £150 for new black boxes over my year of insurance with them. Their app always said I was speeding when I wasn't. Avoid avoid avoid is all I can say.
