FitnessLog is a workout log that plans a workout routine for you based on the level of experience that you pick. Track your progress by inputting the weight and number of reps that you do every workout without having to worry about picking which exercises and weight to do, as this app will deal with all that for you!
Features:
- Three different programs/routines (i.e. Starting Strength, Texas Method, Coolcicada P/P/L)
- Workouts that calculate and display the exact exercises, weights, and reps that should be done
- Exercise tutorials
- Calendar for accessing and editting old workouts, as well as for progress tracking
- Stopwatch
FitnessLog was created by two UBC students (Chris and Derek).
Changes:
Pressing back in the workout log now goes directly to the main menu
Issues fixed:
Pressing new program now displays the correct weight all of the time
