  This is a good idea and concept. I really wish the food was a bit more interesting though. Plus, it appears you can't change food plans part way through. Some of the workout exercises were a bit weird - as in I would not feel comfortable doing them without someone supervising (gym option)

  Found the app and advice very unhelpful. plus when i cancelled my account and app, kept getting charged evey three months. currently disputing these. very dissapointing

  Plain recipes - you're encouraged to add your own sauces to dinners etc but that's not factored in to the macronutrients. Very repetitive meal plan in a week which you then repeat for 4 weeks. Signed on to a 2nd month for a new lot of food and its almost exactly the same as the previous month. Workouts are useful but very budgo in recording and presentation. App crashes A LOT. Highly disappointed.

  This app is so amazing. It is all tje food I like and the workouts are manageable. I already feel so amazing and even better the food is super affordable.
