  The single worst thing about Fido is their customer account management system. At any given time, what I see from this app (or from the web) is completely different from what the Fido customer representative sees. I wasted huge amount of time with Fido just because they never keep the account info up to date. Until they sort out the account info update problem, this app will remain as a total garbage.

  What a useless app. I downloaded this app so that I could keep track of my useage. It just shows the amount of gb's I have on my plan and says I haven't used any. Ive spoken to agent and they said to reinstall. I've done that 3 times today and it still won't show my usage. Seems a little pointless if it doesn't work the way it should. Very disappointed.

  Please put the choice of putting the app on the storage of our SD card please. I have not got much storage on the phone and need this app to go on the SD card. We should have that option. Thank you for responding to my question and for putting my 5 hours plus extra data back on my account. New edit:✨Fido My Account✨ While my Fido Extra has been fixed, ( thank you),...there's still the issue with having to log in with your username and password every single time you want to see your bill.😕
