We are a boutique studio and gym designed to provide you with the most effective workouts through intentional class design, certified and experienced trainers, and top-notch equipment. FIT Fairhope offers classes every day of the week, and during the weekdays, there are classes early morning through evening. Our variety of classes include Pilates Reformer, TRX, Barre, Water Rowing, Indoor Cycle, Yoga, Mat Pilates, Bosu Ball, Hip Hop, Pound, Sculpting Strength Training, Plyometrics, HIIT and much more! With the variety of classes on our schedule, you get the most out of your workout by always changing your challenges - and through challenges, you see change.
Each class is led by a certified and experienced fitness trainer, so you are in good hands. Our trainers all have their own expertise to bring to the program, which makes for an awesome variety. All of our classes are welcome to men and women and are open to all fitness levels. We can modify or intensify every single move in any class so you get a customized workout.
If you aren't able to make it to a class or you aren't a "class-type" of person, come workout on our stationary strength equipment. We have well-maintained equipment that you can use at your own time - anytime!
We also offer Personal Training where you get one-on-one customized training based on your personal goals. You can also work in small groups of 2-4 people for small group training which also provides customized workouts and personalized attention.
Supervised childcare is provided at our facility too! We will watch your little one while you get your sweat on. This amenity is included with your membership or drop-in fee!
