This app is a great, easy food journal. I wanted to track what my tood intake looked like over time so I could make some changes in my habits. The act of actually logging my intake made me be more conscious of my choices as I was making them! It was also great that the app is so easy to use because I am not great at tech. So many other apps make food journaling so difficult and are based on certain body sizes that are just not me. This allows me to have my own process, and goals! I dig it!
