How does the app work?

want to go
• Switch on the location in your phone to allow EasyGo to access your location
• Your EasyGo driver confirms your pick up location and will reach there
• You can see your driver's picture and vehicle details, and can track their arrival on the
map.
• After the ride, you can rate your driver and provide feedback to help us improve the
EasyGo experience.
• A helpline number is available on the app as an additional safety measure
