EMOM Gainz is a free EMOM workout timer.
- First you need to create a workout by clicking on plus button at the bottom right corner
- Fill in workout name, prepare time, cool down time and amount of rounds that you want to workout and click save button
- All workouts are saved so you don't have to create them over and over again
- Each workout can be deleted whenever you want, just click and hold on the workout that you want to delete and workout editor will open and from there just click trash can button
