  This app is a joke. It does not track busses. Including the bus I was actively riding. The trip planning feature does not lead you to the nearest bus stop. (I was even standing at the stop.) It often asks you to drive 10 minutes to a stop. If I had a car, I wouldn't need to use the bus.

  Some buses seem to be missing there tracking devices, other than that it's good, however it would be nice if cleaning them was a thing.

  I've downgraded from 5 to 2 stars. The app could be great, but on my Android phone it keeps deleting saved routes---very annoying. This is an app bug that they don't get fixed, and, like usual, no one seems to care. Their customer service apparently isn't for customers, and isn't a service. Stranger, since the app is made " especially for Android," and this problem is commonly reported. Nevertheless, the app does what it says, and is a time saver.

  It only shows the GPS location of where I am located. Doesn't show any of the bus location or routes. Otherwise it's ok not something I would recommend because I don't know if they can fix my problem

  If you click on a bus stop, it gives you estimates for when the bus comes. That's awesome. Less awesome is that the estimates won't update automatically if you leave that window open. So, to check how long before the bus arrives, you have to click your bus stop, check the time, hit the back button to close the window (clicking elsewhere on the screen doesn't work), then click on the bus stop again for a new estimate.
