  Verry bad service i book for my mom and sis on 27/09/2020.mumbai to Aurangabad bus.they have to go in vaijapur village but the bus incharge is sleeping and they cross vaijapur then my sis told them to stop the bus .and they come far away frome vaijapur on morning 4 am .and there is no service in that road .how they do like there duties .fo women sefty.after atanding long time they got auto riksha and go back to vaijpur village verry bad service and no reponsibilaty .

  First of all the app doesn't give you a signup option. I tried their seater bus travel, things were fine. However when I tried the sleeper bus, the bus was 1 1/2 hour late, the person gave the number of a different driver and we were all stuck. Told us to figure out ourselves. Also when finally we got the bus the charge point wasn't working, someone else was sleeping on our seats, told us to adjust with 1 blanket and never refunded the ticket we cancelled in June month. Pathetic service! 💯
