  I have been trying to connect to my device but it is not working, uninstalled app and reloaded app still not working,did the same with Bluetooth on and off but no response.

  I don't know how to use the app The watch charges but doesn't switch on I am not happy with the app i can't pair my watch to my phone Vai Bluetooth

  Not great. Battery only lasts for about 9 hours. Doesn't record sleep properly. It was a birthday gift-very disappointed in the product. It's as good as useless.In fact it is a rubish watch, I've wasted my money, I expected better. Have upgraded firmware but no improvement.

  I am unable to connect to my watch at all but i can connect the watch via bluetooth on my phone the app just doesnt pick it up or has an error, cant even change the time without the app rendering the watch useless, any help would be appreciated.

  Watch doesn't record sleep properly. Either records only awake time and no sleep time, doesn't record at all or records incorrect sleep hours. You also cannot manually alter records to correct information either. Sleep patterns therfore cannot be tracked as it is wrong. Also when you charge the watch it loses all your settings and info! Would rate it 0 if I had the option.
