Lock screen widget is much more important than regular one . Indeed, we have an quick access to app from tray. But there is no way for fast pause\play without painless unlocking device and additional navigation to play control. iPod has a hardware button for play\pause. The only way for instant pause now is unplugging a cable. Please, add Lock Screen Widget for DeadDBeef - it would be unbeatable player. P.S. TuneIn Radio managed to put lock screen widget when app is on automatically, regardless to security policy for widgets. And user don't have to put it manually. Don't know how they do that but it's very convenient.
