Description of Dbt112

Do you need access to a skill quickly? With this app you will quickly get a random distress tolerance skill to do. In addition, for each module, Mindfulness, Emotional Control, Manage relationships and Distress tolerance, are the skills represented and tutorials for these. Contains over 150 different suggestions on skill exercises. There is also the opportunity to create your own crisis list so you will always have it with you. An optional module for validation has been added as desired by participants. The application is designed in collaboration with the participants in DBT treatment.
Dbt112 can never replace professional help, but can serve as a tool for DBT training.

What's New with Dbt112 4.2.7

Update 4.2.7 includes:
* Russian translation.
* The menu is lifted out to a tab, to allow access for those phones without a physical menu button.
* Diary card: Tension scale and mani added, and pdf layout changes.
* Small bug fix with affirmations and language.
Thanks to Anastasia Sorokina, Mikhail Kalashnikov and Insitute of Organizational Psychology for providing Russian translation.
Thanks for all encouragement to continue developing this app!

    App is great expect 1 big problem. Each day saves to a pdf and it looks like you're supposed to be able to convert it to one pdf to email your doctor but it does not work so you end up needing to email every individual day as a pdf to your dr which is way too time consuming for both of you to send, open, and read. If this were improved this would be a 5 star app easily

    This app suggests that you should be rude to telemarketers when they call... I don't see how this is good advice at all. App seems like it's been ripped off from another app. Don't waste your time.

    Love it. I struggle to fill out paper diary cards for therapy, this makes it way easier and the descriptions help me fill out the skills section. Only thing is I'd like to be able to print off a weekly report instead of the individual ones for my psych to read. Otherwise its brilliant.
