  I wasn't able to check out for two days. It kept telling me there was an error with payment and there was none. I triple checked all bank accounts and afterpay. I missed out on 2 nice pairs of shoes. The only pro is that DSW customer service center workers were so accommodating when I called . Both operators helped trouble shoot and eventually place the order. They even gave me the discount after I explained what happened.

  So far the app is very smooth. Only downside I've experience is sometimes quantities are not updated. So you might see something you really like then go to check out and a message tells you it's out of stuck at checkout

  I've always loved shopping at DSW in store & online but it's so even more convenient through the app! I love the offers section, you can see what you can save all in one place. I also love how your offers show up before you buy so you can save even more money! The app is super easy to navigate and i can keep all of my favorites in one place!

  Easy to Use & Cute, Good Quality Selection. I really like this app, and with a DSW so close to my apartment its amazing. The price is also good for the high quality you are getting. The only downside is shipping to my apartment takes a long time, but the shoes are really cute and great quality so its not a terrible wait.

  Could not log in as VIP member, using my mail out. I received a temporary password to change my account access but that did not work... then I could not easily/at all, locate customer service assistance.
