  App has trouble starting when offline, doesn't seem to want to go to my downloads when offline, also very frustrating is the 10 episode download limit, a lot of shows have more than 10 episodes so if you want to download a whole season of something you can't, frustrating if you work away from home and have to wait to finish a season, not sure why this is as Netflix and Prime have triple or more that amount of download allotment.

  The apps could be better, it's a bit too laggy, often have to reconnect, always asking me who's watching but i'm alone on the account. But, great content, the playback is flawless and it works on most of my devices. I got the new Chromecast with google TV and i would love to have crave shows in recommendations !

  Very disappointing app for something I pay monthly for. It frequently forgets where I was in an episode. The worst thing is that it lags about once every minute for a few seconds. It's so annoying I can't use it when I'm on the treadmill. Honestly, I would expect some type of refund for each month the app doesn't work considering that's one of the reasons I signed up.

  Froze my tablet. Never had a problem until after the latest update. Rely on the app to watch at my daughter's when I'm looking after my grandson. Oh well, at least I have Netflix

  Great content. But the download limit is only 10. I don't have internet at home and was planning on using it solely for this purpose, not sure if I'll stay on after the trial period unless this is something that will potentially change. Does anyone know if the 10 download limit is per user on the account or for the whole account?

  The android tv and tablet apps are abysmal... Here's what I've found to be insanely frustrating. Videos stuttering, audio losing sync Long load times, App not loading at all, Videos not loading, Crashing, Input lag, Clunky and unintuitive UI, There's some other small things like trying to open a show's page to view the seasons is a hassle. I pay alot for the added HBO stuff. Fix your app crave, for the love of God!
