  Absolutely unreliable, you have to scan through atleast 20 bikes and 3 different stands to have one unlocked, and I'm not even over exaggerating, the same trip that shows 5.5kms shows 3.33 on the return trip, bikes even after being locked doesn't end trip due to error, they need to fix all this

  Worst app I ever been through.cycle doesn't get unlocked in 1st attempt.You need to wait 15 min ,attempt unlocking all the cycle of the stand,if u r lucky any one the cycle of the stand may be unlocked.customer support is totally waste of time. This is not the only problem ,sometimes after the trip ,u try to end the trip but the app shows u an error please lock the bike,the funny thing is u have locked the bike😂. My suggestion is to wait some time and buy your own cycle.
