  Terrible experience. I ordered a taxi via app with ETA 1 min. After 5 minutes received a call to confirm pickup. That's it. Within 30 minutes nobody came. And even operator told us the Driver is awaiting us, we were in front of a hotel and there was no driver in sight at all. He didn't see us too.

  They give you time and (partial) cost estimate but then - during busy times - there are no cabs to satisfy your order so the estimate is fake.
