As you prepare for your vacation, download the ultimate cruise app! Available on all Carnival ships.
Use the Carnival HUB app to share your cruise countdown with friends, then explore and book shore excursions, spa treatments, drink packages and more (restricted for adults). When the time comes, you may also check-in and obtain your boarding documents.
As you board your ship, connect to Carnival’s Wi-Fi to view what’s happening, weather, dining menus and more! Onboard internet purchase is NOT required to use the Carnival HUB app.
Before your cruise:
• Load up on excursions, drink packages, spa treatments and more (restricted for adults)
• Check-in and prepare your boarding documents
• Share your cruise countdown with friends and family
(At this time, guests on Australian sailings may share their countdown and use features once on board their ship.)
Once on board:
• Chat to connect with family and friends on board. (Low, flat activation fee applies.)
• Day-by-day schedule of hundreds of onboard events
• Choose your favorite events and get reminders
• Open times and menus of food and dining venues
• Searchable deck plans with key areas highlighted
• Itinerary details, including current ship time, arrival/departure times for upcoming ports of call
• Real-time information on guests’ current Sail & Sign shipboard account balance
• Weather for each day of your sailing
• Find information like dining attire easily
• Ability to view and purchase shore excursions (restricted for adults)
• Order pizza for delivery almost anywhere on board (On select ships. Fees apply.)

  Great idea! This is the second time I've used such an app on a cruise ship, although that was a different Cruise Line, celebrity, back boat seats apps work great. Nice to know where you are, where you're going, what's going on, and where are you have to be when you want to be somewhere. I understand you can open your door with it but that seems more trouble than the key.

  Not bad for a travel app. It was easy to see events times and dates, ports and excursions. Also, letting family members where they are on the ship was a simple text message through the app, as long as they have a current model phone that may download the app. Take pictures of your adventures and share them with other on the cruise and like their photos. FUN FUN FUN!!!

  It's nice to be able to text a time for all whom will be dining as a group for dinner. Plus having your phone on airplane mode will make your Vacation more pleasant, so you can think about what you want to do next. (I like how I can play my offline games with no fee.) This year's HALLOWEEN CRUISE on the Breeze, will be my BIRTHDAY again. I'm SO hoping for some gifts this year, like surprise gifts sent to my room-9382 (from any who says I'm their friend) and something really special from Keith.

  Having everything that's happening right in your pocket is definitely a great thing. But the app feels kind of cheap. First of the navigation can be a little bit complicated at times. There is a sidebar but there is nothing in it. The only way for me to add new people (besides the party that I booked with) was with a glitch that sometimes couldn't be reproduced. The developers definitely should add a secondary way of navigating the app. The currently empty sidebar is a great place for that.

  Good app, but needs work. App is clunky to get around and not intuitive. Look at food, it shows what's open, and that you can order pizza. You just can't order it there, you have to dig around to find where to order it at, in another area. No Camp Carnival activities. Why can't the Camp Carnival staff communicate with parents through the app? No, carry around this 1997 cell phone instead. Would be nice to get pics of the kids sent to us, and pics of the Lido deck, to see how busy it is.

  It was useful. But didnt work with somethings and could be updated. Like maybe for photo selection and purchases; as well as claim stuff. Also, they said we could order room service but that feature didnt work. It is good for keep up with the activities, your balance will be real time and buying WiFi. The chat didnt work well for me. But I think that was my fault.
