    Terrible. Quit working the next day. I have to keep resetting the device, even that's only a temporary fix. App malfunctions, completely kicks me out 75% of the time. Won't arm or disarm. It's a joke. I'll give it a few more tries then I'll look about a refund.

    Ordered the device and accessory clamp and installed on my Samsung A8. App keeps crashing at login screen . All permissions have been granted!

    Can't login. Paid for the service and can't use the app. Worthless. Returning hardware if customer service doesn't resolve the issue with the app. Big disappoint!

    The app functions for me fine, but there's a lot of room for improvement, especially basic navigation. I end up using the web interface more, because the app is difficult. Disappointing to see this app hasn't received an update in 6 months, because it could be better. I hope boomerang hasn't given up, it's a great product.

    The Cyclotrac device is OK. The app isn't great. The settings don't stay where I set them and trip times are inaccurate as well. I took a 10 minute ride and it was recorded being 1.5 miles in 42 minutes. The app also had 3 trips I didn't take around an airport in California. Never been to Ca. I emailed the app developer about how to delete the extra trips. No response. Had similar issues trying to purchase the Cyclotrac. Support is very poor for the device and for the app.
