The app is the only decent thing about Basic Fit. Never again!!! I'd rather pay more for customer service that's not intent on screwing you over.

Basic App , not very easy to use. If accidentally you added an extra workout you can remove it in a strange way : click on the workout and you will see activities in detail , hold one activity and swipe to left , now you will see delete option under the screen , click ( choose all activities) if you del them all the workout will be removed automatically.

Awful UI App has lots of features, yet when you try to actually use them, then the relevant information is missing or inaccessible. The following issues: - cannot change home gym location to another city. Upon investigation, turns out I need to do this via email with customer service....what? Seriously? - Search field in the app is glitchy, randomly copying/pasting text - searching for group lessons is unusable I'd write more, but char limit is only 500 chars.

The app is very nice but not totally clear. For example, I scheduled the same workout 2 times and there’s no way to know by yourself where to delete that mistake. Also, if you want your app to be English, you have to adjust that every time you open it. The automatic chat-bot isn't able to reply in English neither.

Login issues. Old club selected as standard club when trying to make a reservation while my club is set to a different one for over a year now on my profile, changing that club is a hassle since the search feature is the worst I've ever seen (long press on backspace even adds letters,...). Joined the 'community' of my local club, only useless messages, can't even notify me when it turns into a 24/7 club. For such a big company, this app is embarrassing.
