  Terrible App. Can't register account. I entered all info requested by the app. It says "account does not exist" if that was true then I shouldn't have a bill or you owe me 30 yrs of money back.

  Telling me my username/password combo is incorrect. This is not right, I can log in just fine on my desktop. **Hello, is there an update on this? What's going on with the app? Still cannot log in.   I was amazed with the response time , it was almost unbelievable. I reported the broken street light by my house and less than 2 days later it was fixed. Thank You A.C. Electric.
